No matter how tight the budget may be, when we build something, we want it to last! Our business is based entirely on a referral basis, and we would not exist if it were not for our past customers being highly satisfied with our work and passing our name on to future potential clients.
The State of Texas requires a year warranty on all contracted projects. However, Baca Construction believes that for the amount it costs to renovate, this should be much longer. We won't set a number of years, but we do say to give us a call if you ever have a problem with our work.
As it should be, a homeowner's number one concern is satisfaction when the work is all said and done. "Did we get our money's worth?" Baca Construction's goal is for you to not have to ask these questions when we leave your home. We insist on providing the highest quality of work at the best value! And we can deliver this as our business is locally owned and has less than 5 employees. When we build it, we can only afford to build it right the first time!
