As a small shop, we can economically and efficiently maximize your budget. We go far beyond what most of our custom cabinet competitors provide at the same price point. Our higher standards are as follows:
All solid wood and 3/4" plywood construction. Domestic grade birch plywood able to be finished clear (water-based, lacquer or oil-based).
Pocket screwed face-frame joinery. Screws hold better, longer!
Adjustable shelves throughout. Upper and Lower cabinets.
Baltic Birch 1/2" drawer boxes.
Blum concealed hinges. Blum is an industry leader in hardware.
Full extension ball-bearing Drawer Slides.
Doors and Drawer fronts. We make our own!
Metal "L" bracket shelf pins and rubber door bumps.
Additional options may include, but are not limited to:
Soft-Close drawer slides and Hinges.
Rounded or Fluted corners.
Panel sides to match your door style.
Architectural feet at the bottom kick plates of your custom cabinetry.
While there are many more options and/or deviations to our standards, we want you to know that you will only be getting the best custom cabinets with Baca Construction. As a rule of thumb, we will not build and sell you a product if its integrity is questionable.
